Delivery of Products and Delivery Time

Return - Replacement of Products
The customer has the right to return the purchased products with the same Courier Company(SPEEDEX) and to request their replacement (a) in all cases where with a proven fault of the company different products other than those ordered have been handed; (b) in all cases where a defect has occurred; c) in all cases that the product you have ordered and received does not fit to you or you want a different product other than the one that was ordered and delivered. In the above case c) where the replacement is not due to any fault of the company, the costs which are connected with the return of the product are borne by the company and all costs which are connected with the delivery of the new product, are borne by the customer.
In addition, in all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. In all the above cases, the products to be replaced must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product and is in perfect condition, together with all the documents which accompanied the product. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sale within 14 (14) calendar days by returning the product back to its original condition. In that case, the transport costs, refund costs and any charges or commissions on the method of payment has been chosen, are borne by the customer. This period starts from the receipt of the products. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer has the obligation to fill in and send the withdrawal form which is available on the website www.pargiana.com and to have the invoice or the receipt.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer is also obliged to send the product directly in its sealed packaging and in the condition received for return, while the company, if all the required procedures and regulations described in the terms of use are complied with, is obliged to refund the justified amounts paid by the customer within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving the product from the company.
Repayment is made in the same way that the payment has been made, except in the case of cash on delivery. If the price has been charged to the customer's credit card, exercising the right of withdrawal also results in the termination of the relevant tripartite contract between a customer and a bank without any compensation.
If the price is paid in cash and the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, then the repayment will be made by depositing into a bank account of the customer, who must inform the company in writing about the exact number and other account details, as well as the bank in which it is maintained.
