Delivery of Products and Delivery Time

In general, the delivery of products takes place only to the buyer in person by displaying his or her original identity or passport. In case the payment is made by credit card, it is also required when the products are delivered to show the credit card. It is forbidden to receive products to a third party unless the buyer has authorized a third party to do so, in writing, by signing the authenticated signature. In this case, the third person must show the above documents in order to complete the delivery of the order.

The delivery of the products takes place within 2-3 working days for orders within Greece (plus 1-2 days for remote or difficult accessible areas) and 4-8 working days for abroad destinations and depends on the completion of the order and the availability of the products, the place of dispatch of the products and the confirmation of the customer's details. In exceptional cases the delivery time may be extended if the consumer has been informed beforehand.

Delay of order

The order may be delayed for the following reasons: 1. The product has already been discontinued or is in short supply and is not available. In this case, PARGIANA will contact the customer to provide him/her with an alternative if he/she so desires. 2. During times of extreme weather or strikes, and in the event of force majeure which may affect the shipment and delivery of the customer's order. In this case, PARGIANA will communicate as soon as possible with the customer, so that the customer can state if he wishes to complete the order under these circumstances. 3. If it is impossible to telephone or email the customer (for example, if there is a problem with the order, either in relation to the product or in connection with the payment of the order). the details of the client he has entered are not properly updated.

The shipping costs are free within Greece

For remote or difficult accessible areas charge 2 € extra / up to 2Kg.

The payment on delivery method has an additional cost of 2 €.

For abroad destinations

The shipping costs are determined by the price list of the Courier Company SPEEDEX and depend on the country/region in which the product will be delivered.
